We’re so excited to welcome all our guests for tomorrow’s job fair! Here are a few important reminders:

1. We’ll have a short orientation tonight at 8:00 PM this is a great overview of the day. If you can join, we’d love to have you! visit loveourcity.info/411 to click on the link at 8pm tonight. 

2. Please arrive between 9:45–10:00 AM tomorrow  and check in with Jackie at the main entrance to receive your name badge. We’ll have a quick rally at 10:15 AM and will open doors shortly after.

3. Kindly leave purses, backpacks, and personal items in your trunk and limit any belongings, as there won’t be space to store them while you’re assisting guests.

4. Parking: Please park near China Buffet and walk over, or park behind Jerk Hut. We’re reserving the main lot for our guests. If you have a Love Our City Shirt you can wear that!

5. We will have snacks, beverages and a light lunch in the Kids Vibe classroom. You will need to wear your volunteer badge to access. This will be a quick light snack to help you make it thru the afternoon! 

6. There are several volunteer roles available. If you signed up as a Job Coach, please review the attached video to help you prepare.
