Amazon Store Volunteer Details

**** When arriving DO NOT USE MAIN FRONT DOORS TO ENTER ****

• Parking: 

  Upon arrival at the church please park behind Jerk Hut and leave the main parking area for our guests. (Saturday only)

   

  Volunteer Check In: Please use the side door to check in with Loriana on the side of the building near railroad tracks. There will be a side door near the mural that will be open. You must check in and grab a badge when you arrive. 

   

  Event Schedule: 

  10am Arrive & Check In 

  10:30 Volunteer Rally in Center Lobby 

  11am Open doors for families 

  1pm Final Family Shopping

  1:30pm Clean UP & Depart

   

  Event Flow: 

  Families will line up outside to the right near the outside cafe area towards Jerk Hut. They will be given a number upon entry and offered lunch while they wait. We will have 20 families come in at a time, 10 will shop with their host and we will call numbers in sets of 10. 

   

  Volunteer Departments: 

  • Greeting 

  • Family Host 

  • Food Service 

  • Facility/Cleaning 

  • Prayer 

   

  Attire: We suggest wearing any Love Our City, Live Generously Shirt or any black t-shirt and comfy shoes. There will be no where to lock up your personal belongings so we recommend to travel light or leave in your trunk. 

   

  When you arrive you will be assigned a position to serve for the day!

   

  *Childcare is not provided, we do not recommend children under age 10 serve with you as there will be many moving pieces and large crowds.
